This is the sort of thing that happens when people use AI to shortcut a job they don't have a clue about. And it will be worse than this stupid case. AI is a powerful tool to be used for performing the heaviest and routine tasks, but when a layman relies all the work on it, in a unsupervised manner, there will be chaos.
