My go to is always PoW. We spent many an hour in childhood sitting in the grass barefoot pulling weeds by hand.

Anytime now I feel whelmed (not overwhelmed as I’m never presented with more than I am capable of) I sit in the grass barefoot and I weed.

The health benefits physically, emotionally, spiritually are immense. Vit D, biom building stuff from the grass and dirt, grounding and best of all you and your family get this little piece of paradise free from harsh chemicals. Not to mention you might also show your loved ones an invaluable coping mechanism for centre-ing themselves when they feel frizzy.
