yesterday, i successfully baked my first (two) loaves of bread.

they are not perfect bakes by any means, but i am proud of them nonetheless.

Nice! I've recently gotten into bread making as well. I'm struggling to figure out the best way to take care of my yeast culture. But making a great loaf like these is so satisfying 👌
