Nice! I've recently gotten into bread making as well. I'm struggling to figure out the best way to take care of my yeast culture. But making a great loaf like these is so satisfying 👌

for this one, I just used store-bought dry, active yeast. i would love to get more into sourdoughs or other live cultures, though.
white bread is tasty, but wayyyyy harder to convince myself that it is "healthy" lol
