I went to Riga and ate a lot of pizza because it was close to the hotel, thought I set myself back hardcore, but then I came home and started strict carnivore. Just weighed myself. I have lost five lbs. I have 0.8 lbs to reach the lower range set of numbers. I am super stoke!!! I now have 20lbs left to lost to be at my "I'm okay with" weight. Ideally, I would like to lose 45lbs. Getting there!!! *victory dance*

Isn't it amazing?

I'm pretty much back to where I was before three weeks of chaotic and eating.

I was plateauing...lets say it 55, 55, 55....

now its 50. Finally. So thank you, Pizza.

I'm kinda at a plateau right now.

I've been hearing that it may be best for women, in particular to break from carnivore briefly at regular intervals. (I was going to type periods, but... I wanted to avoid any confusion. 🤣)

after the first 1-2 weeks the real magic happens

eliminating the toxic chemical vegetables oils is what I’ve noticed really produces the results though

(eating real food makes you healthier, who would have thought)

right now, as of today, I have lost 20lbs. so yes, i agree real magic! Yeah, i stopped using oil at home and only use butter. I had a nice steak in Riga, so I have been eating that for the last couple of days, and I think my body likes that. I also eat way less because it fills me up.

seriously couldn’t believe the difference even just a steak a night for a week made. butter and salt and nothing else

it was borderline orgasmic too, and I couldn’t get sick of it. so why even bother with anything else

Yeah I agree!! I was doing the math, with food prices these days, it's the same cost to just have a nice steak once a day and a couple eggs in the morning.

pretty fascinating, and real food makes the real you come out

Make sure your are getting enough fats. Butter is a good step in that direction, but, you might need more than you think.
