That's the big question, isn't it? If life circumstances led to it, I could see being a mother being worth giving to. And if not that being nurturing nurishing healing presence for others.
purpose is just a construct for humans to give more meaning to their existence. there is no purpose. We are just a flicker of infinitesimal probability on a cosmic scale

Without GOD there is no purpose, but the universe didn't make itself. GOD made us for a reason. You've your mind for a reason. But if you knew, if faith was not required, then it wouldn't be real. GOD is not only going to see what you do with your life, GOD is going to show you what and who you are.
I'm not asking you to agree, but do you understand what I wrote? Is it coherent?
when people say god i replace it mentally with whoever was the architect of physics. If god was running a simulation of me i doubt they would care about the microscopic details, but moreso the macroscopic results.
Maybe that isn't a replacement. Time space and matter do not limit that which created them.

What kind of macroscopic results do you imagine such an architect is looking for and cares about?
The most obvious one: did the simplest rules lead to the most intelligence and complexity. Can simple rules understand its own existence?
Why do you think there are such innumerable microscopic details in you and in the cosmos—from the subatomic to the fact that no two lillies or sunrises or human beings are exactly the same–if the macro results are the thing the architect primarily cares about? In other words, why the attention to micro details (some of which are not even pragmatically necessary) if the "infinitesimal" is of little meaning in the cosmic theater?
without those microscopic details (neurons firing in your brain) you don’t get the macro results
So the infinitesimal details of existence do matter? If for nothing else than for the macro *results*? And if all of existence is oriented around such a thing as the simulation you describe, doesn't this indicate a purpose for everything, including your life?
