Needs a lot of cashu scaffolding, 1 or 2 years of dev I'd guess. If I'm a creator and my 10 minute HD video goes viral and gets the equivalent of100k views end-to-end, I can't be on the hook for $1,000 in CDN costs. Of course a video getting 100k views implies a much larger user base, but it's chicken and egg, and the cashu stuff would have to be done anyway (x milli-sats per second viewed, all background, something like that).
