It might seem woo woo but I highly recommend this book, which someone highly recommended to me when I mentioned having problems with my hormone and fertility health. It's been really wonderful for a lot of issues and while I still am lacking a key ingredient (getting dicked down) I feel like my house is cleaner than it's been in most of my life.
