Dead hangs help my back issues, just hanging and breathing and relaxing my back muscles and letting it expand, and then very slowly adding pressure back not dropping down suddenly

You’re 100% right. Dead hangs are the start and finish of every workout for me. I probably should go to the gym even just to stretch out a bit. I haven’t really given myself a solid 2 weeks of no movement so I wanted to at least give it a shot

I wish I had like a medevil rack I could stretch myself on, actual traction machines are so expensive. I need two strong frends to just pull me legs and arms

FWIW, I found long walks help my back too
