There are almost countless times where I've warned a department/company that we were rowing quickly toward a waterfall, only to be ignored while people argue about which paddles to use to go faster.

Afterward, sometimes one or two will comment to everyone how I was right, but do the group listen the next time? In a vast majority of cases, they did not. 🤷🏻‍♂️
