Is there any tool that automatically stores all AI prompts used to build an app so that next year, when new frameworks and UI guidelines are available, a dev can just re-run all prompts and get an updated app with the newest stuff?

Would all the prompts still be relevant? A 1-shot prompt should work though

Probably. I assume the AI can take all the chat and rewrite the prompt to optimize the outcome of what the person wants it to do.
