Is there any tool that automatically stores all AI prompts used to build an app so that next year, when new frameworks and UI guidelines are available, a dev can just re-run all prompts and get an updated app with the newest stuff?

I’ve been thinking that a fork of Obsidian would do incredibly well for providing prompt lineage /linked concepts to an LLM etc, haven’t had time to sit down and work on it yet though
