I appreciated them as he portrays a very different picture of China from the very negative one we get through news and media.
Yeah he has some interesting views and insights and i definitely think there is value in there.
Comment is based on Bridgewater making most of its money in china with a lot of questionmarks why he is allowed ?🤷♂️
He has clear incentives to talk up china so i take his words with a bit of salt

I'd assume because he's always treated the Chinese with respect and knows their culture well enough to make deals which benefit both parties?

I tend to not give hedgefund managers the benefit of the doubt especially if they have a financial incentive to sell me propaganda.
Stuff like this and knowing how chinese Economy works i have questions and china definitely isnt going to open up their books to give me awnsers
