Replying to Running Man

Good morning NOSTR peeps!

I've decided to kick off a #marathontraining2023 challenge on NOSTR.

Simply stated the challenge represents an individual that has decided to complete a half or full #marathon in 2023.

Any other events you would like to include on this challenge?

Proof of work will be a picture of your trophy on top of the local news paper on your race day.

Mine will be in the fall and I will report back to this note once registration is confirmed.

I will include some links to resources that you might find helpful in the next couple days.

Good morning NOSTR peeps!

This morning's #run was 50 minutes long at average pace.

Tomorrow is a longer run, we are doing slightly over an hour long run, which is a limit for the pooch. So we'll be getting it in pre sunrise and will watch her closely. She does not know her limits which can be dangerous.

The soundtrack to this mornings run is enclosed.

More educational then entertaining. But great for newbies on the subject as I am.

You know you’ve been listening to BTC podcast rips too much when you can’t even see the word “Rugged” on a book cover without thinking about Mt. Gox, FTX, Genesis, SVB, Silvergate, etc lol.

A thing I learned from this book....this is a honey locust tree.

Which I've previously referred to as the gangsta tree.
