Unrolling a brand new 100 ft water hose is extremely frustrating. Maybe BTC Sessions can do a tutorial on it. #homesteading

I have a few methods, my favourite technique is call “leave it in the field”
Im not lazy! I just dont want to unknot my hoses!
Folding hose is n * log(n) times easier than coiling it.
1. Create a oval circle with the hose.
2. Drag it from the middle until the two ends mostly meet creating a sharp V.
3. Walk to the middle and repeat step 2 and 3.
The trick is called over / under, a technique used on XLR cables on stage. Works on water hose and charging cables for electric cars etc as well. There’s many tutorials on YT, like this one:
