What are the best options to have a personal relay, other than getting one from https://relay.tools?

Ideally it would be nice to have a relay with a backup/archivial focus.

I'm testing it right now.

The problem is that it is local only, so it misses all the event when I use non mobile clients.

I'm trying to make it available outside with some dynamic dns wizardry.

I don't think it syncs up with your old events as well. It only syncs the events you publish after you start running it.
