Facebook required friend requests before anyone could interact with your profile—no likes, comments, or messages unless they were connected.
I never had issues with spam or bots on Facebook.
But on Nostr, just like on X, my profile is already getting spammed by bots. It's annoying.
Nostr needs a friend request system.
