Your question doesn't really make sense. It's literally hosted on your computer at your house. Use Zeus or Sparrow as a client for lightning or on-chain. Start9 profits if you buy a server from them, which isn't a terrible idea. Zeus profits if you open channels on the phone and use their LSP, which also isn't a terrible idea.
