This is why you shouldn't buy bitcoin. You know it's going to crash again.

A bitcoin never crashes
it always prices exactly where it means to
1 BTC = 1 BTC
That mantra needs to be retired.
When people talk about the price, they are referring to bitcoin’s purchasing power. Nothing wrong with pointing out that the purchasing power of bitcoin fluctuates.
1 BTC = 1 BTC doesn’t communicate anything, unlike the price, which tells you how many goods and services you can redeem from the market.
You would think this is obvious and understood by people saying the mantra, but you would be wrong, unfortunately.
I know, I'm just disappointed at all the talk about bitcoin 'measured in' and 'in terms of' talk. It's not an investment, it's an escape. It should be its own reference point for capital accumulation.
