Oddest thing happened recently -- I go running 3x per week, but for some reason last few months was feeling very stiff. Bending down to pick up nostr:npub138y5h8asc895pxdndrdnx4mgnz5aq55zmy2aerhfad2zlagq0a5qw3aszc' dog shit was excruciating. It wasn’t like I had pulled a muscle, just something in my back/midsection felt very inflamed. Couldn’t really even stretch it out on the floor like I always would if I had a tight back.

Anyway, always experimenting with different supplements, dietary changes. Not sure if this was it, but nostr:npub1x458tl7h9xcxa66vr4a8pg0h2qz96pnhwnfpcra0le9090uk5t5qw7armt suggested some copper and B-12 a while back, ordered those when I was in the states, started taking them early January. Then ordered these nicotine lozenges he suggested, started those maybe 3 weeks ago.

Other day I noticed, the pain and inflammation in my back which was there for months was just gone. Can barely feel anything when I’m picking up after Oscar.

Don’t know whether it was the copper or the nicotine (suspect the latter for some reason), but feel like a million sats. (Saw some video on X that alleged nicotine gets rid of nano-particles, and while I never took the clot shot, I did get covid itself a few times.)

So appreciate it nostr:npub1x458tl7h9xcxa66vr4a8pg0h2qz96pnhwnfpcra0le9090uk5t5qw7armt if in fact that was the cause.

that's what I got. At first was disappointed there were lozenges and not pouches, but got used to it, put it in my gum like a pouch.

Tincture of time is a powerful medicine. I recommend it! Glad for you though.

Three other interventions that might have had an effect:

1. Intermittently taking Methelyne Blue

2. Eating only two meals per day, the first one starting whenever, but stopping no more than an hour after starting.

3. Adding regular Vitamin D.

This week, added Fenbenzadole (will take a day off Sunday), then repeat for one more week but adding Ivermectin.

After that, maybe go back to experimenting with iodine and selenium (should take together.)

Then in March donating blood to shed iron. (I do this every few months.)

Can’t say for sure if all the tinkering works, but also can’t imagine not safely experimenting once exposed to plausible info.
