If your battery system is like the ones we install at the telco i work for, you may be able to disconnect the leads from the battery to restore service. That could also not work if your isp has a different setup than ours
I'm not sure, I just figured out what was wrong today & called it in so I'll give them some time
3 technician visits later, internet is fixed. Funny it failed the same week I finally was able to get a power outlet installed. After a nearly a year of staring at it, tomorrow I *try* to figure out mining. 😅 for now, I'm calling it a day.
