Calorie deficit not an issue?

Depends on what you eat? Itโ€™s not hard to consume a dayโ€™s worth of calories in a sitting when you get used to it.

How many calories are you hitting in your meal?

I donโ€™t count? Trying to run a deficit at the moment though.

Haha no worries. Even on one-meal-a-day, I find it quite difficult to maintain a caloric deficit. I basically have to trick myself by drinking a bunch of water first.
