Looks like all the current bootstrap relays in damus are banned in china. I will add a configurable bootstrap relay list for those inside the firewall that still have access to damus

relay discovery just got a lot more serious. Anything I add to the bootstrap relay list will probably get banned. Chinese users will now have to coordinate out of band to add bootstrap relays manually. Not sure if there’s a way to automate this, but feels like it would just be a cat and mouse game with the CCP if I tried.

Can we use the agent to transfer the access address of relays? However, the IP of the agent needs to be changed frequently.
I think we need more tor relays. But also ip2, cjdns, and yggdrasill too.
cjdns and yggdrasill would be interesting. Not sure how popular those are in china and if the firewall detects those.
