Looks like all the current bootstrap relays in damus are banned in china. I will add a configurable bootstrap relay list for those inside the firewall that still have access to damus

Chinese users: is there anything I can do connection-wise to make getting around this easier? Like proxy settings or something?

Can we use the agent to transfer the access address of relays? However, the IP of the agent needs to be changed frequently.

cjdns and yggdrasill would be interesting. Not sure how popular those are in china and if the firewall detects those.
