Do you just mean media or you want a relay too? Relays don't store/serve media.

I thought relays could also seld-host media... If that's not the case, then I'll have more work to do... 😅

Relays only relay notes. You just need some form of media server with a UI. Let me take a look around on awesome self hosted.
