All I need for an energy boost is kombucha. It may contain tiny amounts of caffeine though, but it's a natural probiotic fragmented drink. I've spent my entire life caffeine free 😁

Kombucha is great. When I quit drinking alcohol, I would joke that the tiny bit of alcohol in kombucha prevented the shakes. 😁

Do you make your kombucha?

My wife tried. It tasted to much like vinegar for my liking. We'd like to get back to it but it hasn't been a priority.

That's usually called a yeast beast. Try removing the yeast from the bottom between batches. Keep the temperature about 25 degrees Celsius. That has given us good results
