Most of my life I was a big milk drinker. Around 10-15 years ago I started getting lactose intolerant so for the most part I quit drinking milk. Just recently I found a source for real milk, not store bought processed milk and I've been drinking it for about a month, my craving for milk has returned and lactose intolerance has disappeared.

Squire farms has some solid solid raw milk. The chocolate one is delicious and sweetened with maple that’s amazing. 🫂👊

Nice, it that in Cali? My source has chocolate milk also, havent looked to see what its sweetened with, if at all. I'll have to get some tomorrow

No buddy I forget where in Wyoming it’s from. But squire farms is legit. Can catch it at the farmers market in Jackson, thayne or alpine

I thought breast milk was uniquely good until I tried unpasteurized cows milk.

not lactose, A1 casein

Whatever it is, it wasn't agreeing with me.

if you are finding the milk is tolerable you should ask the supplier if it's coming from red jersey cows, they have a different, more tolerable protein called A2, which is less of an allergen than the A1 type usually from the dutch black and white Friesian cattle

Goat and sheep milk are also less allergenic casein proteins, and both have higher fat content so they are more energy rich

*eavesdropping*

The milk I get now is A2 good stuff.

there is a red angus bull that one of my neighbours ties up on a grassy patch down the road from me, he is so adorable, such a pretty face... the jerseys are similar, just not as built

Have you ever seen a Simmental bull, quite impressive.

Raw milk is amazing

Delicious.
