I missed a day on Thursday. I was a little sick. Burning indigestion. I haven't had the flu since covid, btw--just acid frying the nerves in my brain stem and a little chest congestion. Anyway, I did 250 the next day, which is Friday. that's the rule: miss a day, do the 100 make-ups + 50 more. I did the corresponding squats and lateral pulls, because I think about how my skeleton and muscles function.
