I've done turkeys and chickens. I guess polyface had some guard geese when I worked there. The aviary setup sounds cool. Maybe set it up on skids to move it periodically?
I was thinking an aviary behind a shed with lattice to make it look like you're hiding garbage cans.
That would definitely keep the Karen's at bay.
The coons would be worse than the Karen's where I'm at, it's pretty rural. If the aviary was semi-mobile, the structure could move annually and the bedding could compost in place for next year's garden?
coons are going to be my biggest concern. I was wondering if I could get away with a quail tractor in our hoa, but highly unlikely. I figure I can make perches high enough that even if coons get in, the quail might have a chance.
