I was forced to get two vaccine shots by my workplace at the time. Hindsight it wasn’t worth it and I envy people who didn’t get the vaccine.
We all do the best we can.
My sister wouldn't speak to me for years because I didn't get the vaxx, very sad... especially for my parents
How have things gone since? I still feel very...distant...from my sister for doing the same. Did your sister ever apologize, if you don't mind me asking?
It was a stressful time, I wasn't going to get the shot anyways, but the threat of losing everything was omnipresent, it hung on me like grease, I had been through some serious shit before that but it was over in a week, this was like months of misery. All that matters is you are here with us now and you are stronger from your experience, I more or less stayed inside for like a year so I can't really talk.
