Why is it that 90% of brats, sausages, and hot dogs have corn syrup in it and usually the 2nd, or third ingredient 🤢… I wish I could learn to and make my own brats, but I really don’t have the time… long story short, when the closest Kroger to me has these Rinaldi brand sausages (maybe once or twice every few months), I buy as many packs as I can… I sent them a email to see if I could just order some direct. #realfood

If I could ever settle down in a more permanent locale with a more spacious kitchen, this would be a fun project.

For those already making their own hot dogs and sausages, what recipes would you recommend? Should I start out with pork or beef? Would any slightly more exotic meats also work? Say, minced prawn?
