Yup. I was telling nostr:npub1nl8r463jkdtr0qu0k3dht03jt9t59cttk0j8gtxg9wea2russlnq2zf9d0 all about it because it can be very painful to do certain movements and I’m trying to find a good yoga routine for when I’m in a flare up so I’m not just laying stiff. If nostr:npub1emv9nzykxsp3gxst7psavyzr4fauhcct69c8zqrengyg4d7gxcfqsnl7mx has heard anything or thinks something might be helpful, I am ALL ears🫂 I recently did a reiki session for it, I’m literally open to anything

Um I only had 1 session and it was really relaxing, but no substantial relief

Yeah, relaxing is good. Breathing can sometimes relax better. Kinda depends… many make promises about what it can do, unfortunately.
