Now with 0xchat-lite, you can switch to your relay mode when you’re online, and switch to the bitch@ mode when you’re offline.
0xchat lite iOS v0.1.0-build 11 is out!
https://testflight.apple.com/join/AjrmCAba
This version now supports interoperability with #bitchat #bitch@. Just type ‘bitchat’ or ‘bitch@’ when joining a circle to enter bitch mode — allowing you to send and receive messages in default channel with the bitchat app. (For now, only default channel are supported; Android and DM support are coming soon!)
It also fixes some bugs related to joining circles, and adds relay shortcut support:
* Type ‘0xchat’ to quickly join wss://relay.0xchat.com
* Type ’damus‘ to join wss://relay.damus.io
🚀 Feel free to test it out and share your feedback!

Discussion
Oh! Ok my previous comment is outdated I just saw this. Nice =3
Wonder if anyone managed to make 0xChat Lite work, I just can't
I install the app, create a new nsec with Amber, login with Amber. all good so far
Apparently I need to create something call a circle (a guest this is a comms channel), fine, for that need to add a relay... Why not to have 0xchat by default for the clueless newbs, fine, I add the 0xchat relay, great it loads.
Now I click on the plus sign to add an user yo chat with...
Crap, search for my usual suspects I follow that may be testing as well, none shows, okay, I create another profile with my work mobile.
Done, now I search my npub...
Failure, every time, both sides, this is what I get:

and when I confirm:

Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks a lot for your feedback! I’m continuously working to improve the onboarding experience.
Regarding your last question: did you make sure both of your phones are connected to the same 0xchat relay circle?
imo having 0xchat relay by default is centralizing and people need to go through thr process of finding out what a relay and a circle are. the "clueless" just need a better explanation with nice visuals.
On, so... what is bitch mode? 😂
Bluetooth P2P mesh mode allows you to communicate with people nearby when there’s no internet connection. It currently interoperates with the bitchat app.
