Ok, I re-ran the numbers.

The Annual Cost to Live where I work is about $48,230.16 / Year.

Mind you this doesn't include variable costs like gas, water, electricity, entertainment, or any other adult bills people have to pay.

(Medical Coverage is Covered by my employer).

If youre in the US, look into MVNOs to replace whichever carrier youre considering for phone. You could probably save 50% of the phone bill.
