GM. My winter sleep setup:
- wood bed frame
- bison hide, sheepskin, wool blanket, organic cotton sheets
- grounding mat
- 48-54F (~10C) temp
- no WiFi
- no power in bedroom
- bed facing North
- candles only
You need great sleep if you want to restore the days cellular damage.
Careful with the candles. My nephew lost his place last year when his cat knocked one over, and into the curtains.
