I'm really tired of "American" companies that under-deliver. I'm much more bullish on companies that have good customer service and give you exactly what you are expecting. I tend to not care where those companies are based or in many cases where thier product is manufactured.
Customer first is best in my book. Resting on laurels is near the worst.

Agreed. Let the best company compete and win. We actually just make the quality of our own shit much worse when we wall it off...protecting it makes it crap imo.

I agree! That is why we can make only 2 things:
Either make the services and products we want.
Or support those who deliver the quality we want.
The best if you do both.
Somebody that builds something in Texas has a near equivalent impact on me in Florida as someone that builds something in China.
Someone that builds something in my town has a high impact on me and my family.
Customer service is always on point when you show up in person in a state where everyone is armed.
Yes. Armed neighbors make for better customer service.
That will only be bitcoin companies soon. The cost of labor in fiat is too high for businesses to stay open let alone properly staff.
