It's a LARGE, FLAT, mowed plot of grass. HOA-approved. Maybe a Walmart fountain or something but let's not gild the lilly here.
There's an enclosed "Chotchky Garden" with Lawn gnomes & little porcelain ducks and crap.
Don't forget the BBQ and plastic chairs!
