People dramatically underestimate how much of their own stress (or depression) & mood issues are related to what they eat. Many people have always eaten so poorly that even their idea of feeling good or normal is pretty horrible (this was the case for me). And if you are also feeding your kids grains, sugar & veg oils they will also experience stress & mood issues, causing behavior problems & further exacerbating your stress.

To make matters worse, withdrawal from the worst foods will temporarily increase stress, hangry cravings, & can even cause flu like symptoms for a couple of weeks. So most will never make it through withdrawal & will never experience freedom from these things.

Every choice we make is compounded. We can make choices that compound our troubles, or we can make choices that compound our success.
