Id have to go to sleep at 10:30 to get 8 hours and that sounds soooo early. Maybe 11 is doable šŸ¤” but this is the time Iā€™m also very productive.

My usual schedule dictates that I'm in bed and asleep by 8 30 to get 8 hours. I aim for 9pm.

Right now I'm lucky if I get 5...

I don't need sympathy though. I have a brand new and very healthy baby waking me up all night.

I am a fortunate man.
