Internet light won't turn on
factory reset didn't work
I noticed my Internet speed (when the router was working), was half as fast using the router vs plugging computer directly into Ethernet port in wall ....
Any other ways to trouble shoot?
If not, recommendations for a new router?

Is force reflash the same as factory reset?
I'm not super technical and googling didn't provide an answer.
"Factory reset" means the router load the very first version of the software and the configuration it has when came out of the box.
reflash means install a new software that will be used by the "Factory reset", chaning forever the original software intended to run

Flashrouters modify routers to run open source firmware. I have one and I really like it.
I googled this but am still unclear.
Is flashrouter software that I copy onto my existing (dead) router?
Or are they open source routers?
