gmp! mentally, strong like bull lol. physically, still hobbling but! the swelling has gone down a lil and still no major bruising so progress. the human body is a miracle.

Good! Iām glad is improving a little bit. My back is improving too. Still hurts but less than yesterday. I can walk almost normally today š„³
