11 months, zero caffeine here. Energy up, focus up, restful sleep. Caffeine is the toughest dependency to quit.
I still have cravings sometimes and may relapse, but it’s one day at a time because the benefits of cutting out dependencies reach far beyond the dependency itself.

For me, giving up caffeine solved an attribution bias problem… getting very excited about an idea and pouring a lot of emotional brainstorming into it. Now I chill and ask myself if it’s worth my energy first.
