When I tried bisq. Zelle was the most common payment not sure if that is still the case on bisq. I can tell you that 20-30% of tranacations get flagged. US banking is so bad. If anyone wants to see how bad a future cbdc would work just try Zelle.

This happened to me often. Super annoying. Now I only use Strike as my payment method and don't have those issues.

I don't get why you wouldn't just use Strike to send Bitcoin to yourself?

I send cash from strike and get KYC free bitcoin. Unless, of course, someone cared enough and had the authority to get my transaction details from Strike and match it to the transaction.

Isn't Zelle a person to person way to send money, essentially a bank to bank transaction, the banking industries PayPal/CashApp? Why would they get flagged?

Banks flag it as potential fraud and lock the account until you confirm your details over the phone.

Yikes. So I won't be using Zelle then.

Each bank have different rules regarding Zelle. Multiple tranacations, the bank wanted to know exactly what transaction was for before letting it through. Chase was one of the ones with the most problems. One person had to go to the bank so they would unlock his account so he could use it again. I guess flagged for suspicious activity for security of the user. I hope it has improved since the 1-2 years since I tried it. I doubt it though. I pray 🙏🏻 we get a more Bitcoin friendly adminstration next. With time things can change. Sports gambling is huge now a decade ago it was forbidden.
