Congratulations. It's been 3+ years for me. Every once in a while on vacation, I'll drink a beer after a long hike. So I guess can't say complete sobriety. Anyway good for you. It's not easy.👍🫂

Same here. Best decision of my life. Also a challenge because you polarize with this mindset in a world, where anesthesia is the easy way and it's educated in our daily life.
