Backwards walking equipment was making a grand appearance at the gym I toured recently.

Been seeing this stuff everywhere for years. I believe they’re called “treadmills”. Most people use them in the forward position tho.

Sounds about right. Except can’t market a ‘new and improved’ treadmill for big sales, so they came out with something new.

I’ve been doing it wrong.

Comes with a nice little shelf for reading material, freeing the arms.

This was never adequately explained to me, I had to “figure it out”

Now this is a$$ backwards. And obviously not effective. No one goes to the loo fully dressed.
