💧 Day 4 Water Fasting: The Reset Chronicles

Woke up after 7 hours of sleep feeling weirdly energized, even though my body doesn’t wake up fully energised without 8h. Normally, I need 8 to feel like that, but today? Heart was as if I was done from a workout. Took electrolytes + magnesium and ZAPP instantly amazing.

Still had my morning coffee at the office, though (some habits die hard). Feeling laser-focused and ultra-productive today.

YES! The electrolytes make a massive difference

So nothing except water for 4 days? I feel I’d start fainting after 2 days without food.

The human body is the finest piece of heavy duty engineering. My body is used to fasting. You can start with intermitting water fasting and build your way up. I only do prolonged water fasting once a year.

What are you using for electrolytes?

Good luck on your journey! I can’t do more than 30h, I feel like I might die. I know people who do it for 30 days ⚰️
