Going to grill my first picanha today. I’ve eaten a lot of them, never grilled myself. Need to salt it first.

I was going to cut it in 1” strips and grill them on skewers ‘Brazilian style’.. I still need to find the skewers :/ 
Imho … the best way to do it for big gatherings … I prefer normal style, but it’s a little bit more time and attention intensive …

The Picanha cut offers big, beefy flavor. It's somewhere between brisket, filet mignon, and ribeye. It has the fat cap of brisket, lighter intramuscular marbling of filet mignon, and overall beefy flavor of ribeye.
