Never thought of it this way but kids have a hard time sleeping if they didn’t run around during the day and adults have a hard time sleeping if they don’t feel exhausted 😴 🤔

Maybe we just all need to feel exhausted to sleep well. Or am I oversimplifying it? Tired parents seem to confirm this.

Exercise is definitely a first-line treatment for insomnia
