I made pawpaw curry! Unfortunately, you can’t taste the pawpaws.

I would be sad that I wasted them except I had so many that needed to be used up anyway. I STILL have some, but now it’s a reasonable amount to finish eating soon 😂

It’s still a delicious Thai-style curry with eggplant, green beans, and chicken thighs!
