I made pawpaw curry! Unfortunately, you canβt taste the pawpaws.
I would be sad that I wasted them except I had so many that needed to be used up anyway. I STILL have some, but now itβs a reasonable amount to finish eating soon π
Itβs still a delicious Thai-style curry with eggplant, green beans, and chicken thighs!

It really just tastes like a nice Thai coconut curry. Canβt taste pawpaw at all.
Iβm hoping the leftovers will have the flavor return, but Iβm not counting on it.
